If something at the University of Arizona keeps you from getting what you need, please tell us. That includes a website, app, document, video, online course material, event or a space on campus. You do not need to know the technical cause, and you do not need to be registered with the Disability Resource Center to report a barrier.
Report an accessibility barrier
The button opens the Disability Resource Center’s form, “University of Arizona – Report a Disability Access Barrier,” in Microsoft Forms. Reports go to the Disability Resource Center (DRC).
What to include
Details help the right people find the problem and fix it. Include what you can; none of these is required.
- Where it happened: the page address (URL), the name of the document, app or course, or the building and room.
- What you were trying to do, and what stopped you.
- What you were using: your device, browser, and any assistive technology, such as a screen reader, magnifier, voice control or captions, with its version if you know it.
- How to reach you, if you would like someone to follow up.
Other ways to report
If the online form does not work for you, contact the Disability Resource Center directly:
- Email: disability@arizona.edu
- Phone: 520-621-3268
- In person: Highland Commons Building, 1224 E. Lowell St., Tucson, AZ 85721. The DRC is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and also offers appointments remotely.
If you need the content now
Say so in your report. You can also ask the department or person who published the content for an accessible version or another format. Students who need academic accommodations can connect with the DRC.
Feedback about this website
